AlterEgo Works With Brighton Council
19 May 2011
One of the things AlterEgo does in order to help young people gain in confidence, is to teach them the skills of podcasting and to show them how easy it is to make their own radio show and videos.
This week we're down in Brighton working with a group of students at the Sussex County Cricket Club as the team take on Somerset. Our reporters will be learning about the game of cricket and talking to players about their experiences of the game and how they came to be playing for the team.
Their reports are then placed on the Radiowaves website where they are able to set up their own reporters page and create a reporters portfolio. As you can imagine, not only does it improve their confidence but it's hugely fun as well.
If you'd like to find out more about our workshops and how you can get involved, please email us here or call 0845 050 7922.
