AlterEgo provides one-to-one coaching for teenagers and young people under 25. We are based in Odiham, Hampshire (just off the M3 Junc 5 and 10 minutes from Farnham, Surrey) but also provide coaching over the telephone depending on the individual.
Coaching provides a young person with a confidential, impartial environment in which to work through any issues affecting them. As an outsider unrelated to family, friends or school, a coach is able to focus exclusively on the client and their needs. See what some of our clients have to say about their coaching.
